Naibhrtya (pronounced ny-bhr-tya) translates to stillness in Sanskrit. Yoga is the path to achieving stillness and uncovering inner silence. It is a spiritual journey aimed at peeling away the distractions of the mind, as outlined by sage Patanjali. At Naibhrtya Yoga Shaala, we strive to attain this inner calm through diverse yogic practices including breath awareness, asanas, pranayama, chanting, and mindfulness.

Mridani, a certified yoga instructor, is dedicated to helping others experience the physical and mental benefits of yoga. With over four years of experience, she fosters a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for her students to learn and flourish.
