Service Description
This class will explore foundations of Hatha yoga, allowing you to gain strength and balance while connecting with your inner self. We will focus on breath-work, postures and mindfulness exercises to help you unlock your inner strength. This class focuses on building a strong foundation and developing body awareness.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations for group classes are open in the beginning of the month only. Please write to us if you have any queries regarding the same. For Yoga therapy and personal classes, please write to us about your goals and health conditions and we will get back to you.
